The cattle on Norfolk are pampered with ample water and a lush rural environment. Traditionally cows roam the roadways & byways grazing the long acre keeping the island verges pristine. Young beef is nurtured on mother's milk and results in the best of fresh meat cuts imaginable.

Imports of fresh produce is prohibited with the exception of onions, garlic, ginger and potatoes, hence all other fresh produce is grown locally. Most fruit & vegetables are therefore only available in season but this means freshness is guaranteed.
